Not a day went by without anyone complaining about Fedko: in one house a window was broken by an unsuccessful shot from a slingshot; one of Fedko's "bosom" friends was bruised; and a barrel full of rainwater that had been very troublesomely gathered was thrown over.
As if the devil himself had possessed the guy!..
